SURVEY FORM
A compulsory survey form is handed out on the plane by cabin crew. Travel agents may also obtain these forms from the "Service du Tourisme" B.P. 4527 B.P. 4527 PAPEETE - TAHITI (www.service-du-tourisme.pf).
Passengers of all nationalities are required to fill out these forms and hand them to ground staff on arrival.
